? Lab Group Developers, which has gotten clearance from city planners, is building a condominium called Kubik at 5700 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami's MiMo historic district. The $132-million project, located in what is now called Miami's Upper East Side, will have two towers with bilevel fl oor plans. Units range from the high $300,000s to $2.5 million.

? ICE Development Group announced the sellout of Logik Tower, a 31-story condominium offi ce building in downtown Miami. Logik Tower has 134,000 square feet of offi ce space within 126 units. Construction will begin this winter. ICE is now planning a second tower for the site.

? Construction is in progress at EPIC Residences & Hotel at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Completion is targeted for the summer of 2008. The 54-story luxury project is the fi rst partnership of Ugo Colombo's CMC Group, Alfredo and Diego Lowenstein's Lionstone Development and Amancio Ortega's Ponte Gadea Group.

? Normandy Shores closed on a $28-million construction loan for Privata Town Homes. Homes at the Miami Beach project range from $989,000 to more than $1.5 million.
